Here are the weekly specials at Heritage India Georgetown.

Bartenders Specials

Coconut Grove
Say hello to autumn – when it’s not so hot and not so cold – with this delightful cocktail of coco rum, creme de banana, white rum, pineapple juice and a dash of lemon juice over ice.


Starters

Spinach fritters
Whole spinach leaves in a light chickpea, pomegranate and beer batter, served with tamarind and date chutney.


Entrées

Kashmiri Lasooni Murgh
This delicious specialty of Kashmir is boneless chicken simmered in a light yogurt, garlic and cashew sauce. Also available with lamb or prawns.

Lemon rice (pictured)

Typical of southern India, this flavorful rice with lemon juice, turmeric, curry leaves and roasted peanuts is made on all festive occasions.
