Red chilies make our firecracker shrimp positively explosive

A closer look at the brilliant firepower -- combine the chili flakes with a prawn, some rice pancake and chutney for a forkful of fiery flavor!

Firecracker Shrimp
This dish is originally from Burma but is very popular in southern India. Spicy prawns topped with chili garlic flakes and served on a fish net-like rice pancake, known as “iddiappam” or string hopper.



Entrées

Hara Bhara Reshmi Kabab
Ground chicken, spinach and fresh mint kebabs grilled in the tandoori oven, served with a spicy fresh tomato, cilantro and mint chutney.

Kerala Tamarind Fish
Fillet of fish in a tangy tamarind and fresh ginger sauce.


Special Teas

Earl Grey black tea: a refreshing black tea with a distinct orange rind extract, best drunk black.
Lemon green tea: a green tea with a citrus aroma.
